A few days later

Okay so if I'm being truthful with yall and myself, I'd say Day 2 I did the full youtube video.

Day 3 I went to my apartment's gym and did a 2-mile walk while holding in my core.  For those of you who don't know what that means, ...  sucking your stomach in and holding that gut in until you can't no more.  Of course, you wanna breathe.  Breathe in from your nose and out through your mouth.  I also wear a jacket and pants so I can really sweat that fat out.  😂

And day 3 well I didn't go😓.  On day 4 I didn't go either. Day 5 the same.  I was very disappointed in myself.

Day 6 I don't know what got into me but I had more energy and decided to go back to the gym and do the 2-mile walk.  I felt the burn!!!  😃

Today, Day 7,  I was being lazy and I decided to drag myself to the gym and did the 2-mile walk.  I know it's not much but I figured I let my body get used to being active again.  The quarantine, as well as the holidays, have taken their toll, and now it's time to get that bod back.😉

Come on Day 8. Gym in the afternoon and then getting ready to go to Houston to see my family.  Last weekend was shit.  I hope this weekend will be awesome!

Until then

Day One

Okay, everyone, I'm definitely feeling the fat that I've gained over the holiday season.  Let me tell you, that little 10-minute workout kicked my ass!!😂

I had a slow start and maybe I should have stretched before but I just straight into it.  I will be feeling that tomorrow.  Chicken and broccoli are what I had for lunch before my work out.  Or am I suppose to do my workout before I eat?... As you can see I don't know what the fuck I'm doing but at least I'm trying.

As for the workout routine, I will be using for the next couple of months.  I went on youtube and searched for the best workout for abs.  A 12-minute video came up from someone named Thenx.  And let me tell you Chris Heria, the workout instructor is so fine!  His body is on point!

Now yall know I'm not perfect, needless to say, I didn't even get through the whole video before I collapsed in exhaustion. 😅😂 I'm not gonna give up!!  I'm determined to do this!  Mental note; I should not smoke before I do my workout too.  I was so exhausted that I took a 2-hour nap after.  Don't know if that gonna affect anything but maybe yall give me some insight on that.  So guys, Day one done even if I made some mistakes.  Tomorrow is a new day and it will be better!

Ps.  Is it normal to think about all the food I can't have all day long?😰
